Registration & Social Time • 9:00 AM
Pick up your t-shirt and nametag. Enjoy coffee, yard games and social time before bingo begins. Visit sponsor booths and the craft table.

Interactive booths open throughout the day.

Make a fun project—supplies provided.
Trishaw Rides • 9:00 AM
Cycling Without Age will offer rides around the event.
Welcome • 9:45 AM
Bingo • 10:00 AM
Play for a chance to win great prizes.
Lunch & Entertainment • 11:30 AM
Boxed lunch catered by Great Harvest Bread Co.
Entertainment by Paul Evenson, featuring music from Dean Martin, Neil Diamond, Frank Sinatra and more.
Door Prizes • 12:15 PM
Prizes and baskets awarded after lunch.

• $12 Early Bird (on or before August 9, 2025) – guaranteed shirt size
• $15 after August 9, 2025
• No registrations accepted after August 22, 2025 or when full
• No onsite registration
• No refunds
• Space is limited – register early!
• All attendees must register and pay
• Staff will not be available to assist with personal care
