LSS Meals invites you to a meal distribution
pop-up event near you. These bundles of healthy,
delicious meals are for older adults, who are 60
years or older.
Our delicious meals are designed by a registered
dietitian to provide variety and balanced nutrition to
meet dietary needs. The homestyle frozen meals only
require reheating.
ELIGIBILITY:
LSS Meals distribution events are for older adults, 60 years
or older, to assist them in maintaining good nutrition.
HOW IT WORKS:
• Meals will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• You must be present to receive your meals.
• Up to 10 meals are available per older adult.
PICK-UP: You will need to fill out a quick and easy form to
pick up meals. An LSS team member or volunteer will be
there to assist you.
COST: We welcome voluntary contributions to help sustain
our services. You will be served regardless of your ability to
offer a contribution.
