Just as the Full Flower Moon is known as a sacred time of blossoming and awakening, it’s also a special time for us to do the same—to honour our growth, embrace new beginnings, and celebrate the beauty within and around us.
Join us for a women’s soulful retreat in a peaceful setting at La Solitude in Memramcook, New Brunswick, where the gentle embrace of nature and the wisdom of sacred practices guides you back to your true essence.

YOUR PRIVATE RUSTIC CABIN INCLUDES:
Single bed, rocking chair, lamp, wood stove and / or electric baseboard heater, kettle and hot plate.
Toilets and showers are located in an adjacent heated building with hot water.

Sleeping bag and pillow
Personal effects (toiletries, kleenex, towel, facecloth, flashlight, insect repellent)
Clothing for all weather conditions
Yoga mat, cushion and blanket (and other yoga props if you have them - blocks, strap, eye pillow. etc.)
