At the Solstice, we gather to explore that space together. To stop running from the “but.” To breathe into it. Literally. Because the breath is how you access the shadow — not by overthinking, not by analyzing, but by softening into the pause. You breathe into the “but,” through the resistance, until what was confusing begins to move again.

This is the Shadow piece — the descent, the reckoning, the conversation with the parts that don’t yet trust the light.

Then comes the Breath. 
Because no breath, no consciousness.
No consciousness, no awareness.
No awareness, no integration.

Riley will guide the breathwork sessions, moving energy through the body the way the returning light moves through the Earth. The breath becomes the bridge between what you uncover and what you’re ready to live again. Breath and Shadow together form the Solstice rhythm: descent and return, dark and dawn, holding and release.

Come breathe into the “but.”
Come find what’s been waiting between knowing and becoming.
