Workshop: Preserving Summer Fruit (Melton Central)

Ever seen a fruit tree so full of fruit you couldn't possibly eat it all? Or fruit at the markets so cheap because its in season? How can you eat this all year round?

Join us in person at Djerriwarrh Neighbourhood House for a fun and hands-on workshop to learn how to preserve summer fruit for later in the year. We will be using a Fowler-Vacola kit to bottle fruit, and also step you through other ways to preserve it for the winter months.

Tickets are strictly limited, with morning tea provided. Concession tickets are available on request.
