Please note that due to very minimal interest in the online process, we will not be offering a remote/online option for members to attend this year’s AGM. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Members will not be required to present Confirmation of Aboriginality forms in order to attend or participate in the AGM.

• Presentation of the Audited Financial Statements for FY2023/2024
• Reports from Programs and Services
• Election of up to seven (7) Board Directors

• Board Onboarding Nomination Form – for members who wish to nominate for one of the seven vacant Board positions.
• Proxy Form – for members unable to attend in person who wish to appoint another member to vote on their behalf.
• Kirrip AGM Pack – containing the agenda, timetable of proceedings, and reports to be presented.
• Kirrip Rule Book – outlining membership rights, governance structures, and AGM processes.
