AINTREE RESERVE TURNS 1 - Pacer week.

Can you believe that we are turning 1 already? We thought of lots of ways to celebrate.. dress up party, coffee and cake... We settled on a pacer week!

Have you been seconds off that PB time? no matter if its a run or a walk, or have you always wanted to try pacing? This is your way to do that. Rather try and get your time OR get a volunteer credit by pacing and helping a fellow parkrunner to achieve their PB time.

The paces we're offering are:
20 min - Jono I
22.5 - Yono
25 - David W
27.5 - Nicole
30 - Rob
32.5 - Vicki
35 - Jason G
37.5 - Michelle N
40 - Jess
42.5

If you would like to volunteer for a spot, let us know. we will only be offering for 1 volunteer per time (as we still need to fill the other roles).
