MRC Thursday Chatty Run (4 x 1 mile 😁)

Our Thursday Chatty Run is a small social run with just the one route (about 4 miles with stops to regroup about every mile). Depending on the numbers we either run as one group or split into smaller groups but either way, nobody gets left behind. Thanks for starting it Nick 😁👍.
