MRC Bank Holiday Bonus Run - A lark in the park

A bonus bank holiday run in the Country Park for Monday 25th August. If the weather is good then I propose we do running drills and games in the Country Park. You can run fast, run slow or even walk. MRC your way. 😁

If you just want to run then here are a couple of slightly loopy routes in the park (please be careful walking across the steppingstones):

5k https://www.plotaroute.com/route/2568564 (This route has 2 loops of the fields in the Country Park. Each extra full loop adds about 1k and you can even do the shorter loops for fun. Do as many loops as you like and we can run back to Mucky Lane together at the end.

Remember nobody gets left behind, even on a bank holiday.
