About The Event
3 Hour Event | $44 per person per class, $88 total

In this two week program, you will learn the basics of how to develop a deeper sense of self trust that leaves you feeling more empowered to navigate day to day life.
What this program includes:
Two in person group sessions
Two group check ins over Zoom
One in person closing ceremony (Date TBD during program)

How to tune into your body
How to differentiate between mind chatter and body talk
Address and clear at least one limiting belief that may be holding you back from trusting yourself
New tools and perspectives that help you navigate life with more clarity and confidence
