Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.
Bathing in hot spring pools is not recommended during pregnancy or for people with heart conditions, hypertension, circulation disorders, or diabetes.
Access to the Hill Top bathing area is restricted to adults only.

Children of all ages are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult; infants require a child ticket and child safety seats can be requested at booking (subject to availability).
Meals are not included; food and beverages are available for purchase at the Peninsula Hot Springs or you may bring your own (no glass or alcohol).

Locker, robe, and towel hire are available on arrival as a bundle or individually (payable direct, cashless only).
