The Gruntled and The Breadmakers at the Townie

A night of unhinged frenzy at North Melbourne's esteemed rock 'n' roll hole the Town Hall Hotel with The Gruntled and, fresh from the launch(es) of their recent, better-than-decent album Lonesome Sundown, The Breadmakers.

The Gruntled have members from The Moffs, The Stabs, The Electric Guitars and more, and have been beating a form of baroque psychedelia unconscious for 20 years or so. They put the bam and the booze back into bamboozled.

The Breadmakers' r&b (the good kind of r&b) has been agitating dancefloors & dives long enough for them to know their swing from their roundabout.
