Before we gather in person, we begin the sacred journey together inside a four-week online container. Think of it as your soft landing — a place to stretch, awaken, and remember the goddess within.
We’ll meet on four consecutive Mondays; each session designed to gently peel back the layers and invite you closer to your radiance:
Lesson One: Balancing Feminine & Masculine Energies Discover how to harmonize the divine feminine and sacred masculine within your goddess body, creating inner balance and flow.
Somatic Embodiment Practice One A guided Somatic Activated Healing session to anchor this balance into your body, leaving you grounded, centered, and alive.
Lesson Two: Awaken Your Creatrix Reclaim the wisdom of your sensual body, learning to soften into pleasure, magnetism, and your authentic radiance. Release to create anything you want.
Somatic Embodiment Practice Two A second healing practice that helps you embody sensual aliveness and carry this goddess energy into every aspect of your life.
