Stick Marebo presents Reggae on the Roof!
The Spiegel Haus Rooftop comes alive on Saturday January 17 with Reggae on the Roof, a soundtrack drawn from Jamaica and the wider global reggae community.
Expect reggae, dub and dancehall selections from four of Melbourne’s finest selectors: DJ Daphne, DJ Dizzy (JA), Rasta Tony and Stick Mareebo.
This is a free event, so bring your crew, grab a drink, and settle in for a laid-back night of rooftop rhythms.

Stick Mareebo is a respected force in music, radio, and events, with a career spanning decades across sound systems, broadcasting, and live performance. Starting out in the mid-80s with Black Joy Sound, he went on to become a familiar voice on Melbourne radio, co-hosting FOX FM’s Hot 30 Countdown and later holding prime-time slots on Mix 101.1.
Beyond radio, Stick has brought major international artists to Australian audiences and played a key role in touring reggae icons across the country. He is the co-founding manager of The Jamaican Music & Food Festival and the driving force behind Stick Mareebo Productions.
Known for his deep musical knowledge, effortless control, and unmistakable Jamaican style — likkle but tallawah — Stick Mareebo brings serious energy to every dancefloor.
