This training is not about simply learning to 'manage' and 'calm' Anger. It's about learning to use it well.
We work slowly. We work deep.
We work through the body.
Our focus is on Anger. However healthy Anger doesn't exist without the presence and gifts of Fear, Sadness and Joy and we weave in their magic also.

to express Anger without harm
to channel Anger into clarity and action
to stay connected while standing your ground
to meet conflict without abandoning yourself
to let Anger support love, not work against it
This is a space where you can finally stop using Anger to fighting yourself and discover that Anger isn't always against something but it is here FOR something.
This is an embodied initiation into sovereignty.
A space where you take a journey, with others, to finally stop talking yourself out of your own authority and start talking about what really needs to be said.

WHAT'S DIFFERENT ABOUT the 10 Year Anniversary Extended Edition?
We’re still honouring the core framework of Reclaiming Anger that has stood the test of time & simply works.
And we’re expanding it in ways that this decade of experience has made possible. This extended 3 day edition will include:
~ Expanding your awareness to the relationship between Anger, Passion & Love. How they inform each other, fuel each other, and keep us aligned with what matters.
~ A dedicated morning of gender-oriented practice.
Many of us carry Anger-related wounding tied to traditional expectations of women and men. We will dedicate a morning to explore this in two separate spaces. Participants can choose the one that feels most aligned for them. We’ll regroup as a whole in the afternoon.
~ Working with Feelings in their Embodied Resonant Tissues;
Anger (Bones), Fear, (Nervous System), Sadness (Soft Tissues/Liquids), Joy (Cells). A depth of embodiment and clarity most people have never encountered.
~ Relational Anger
Learning to use anger as a relational skill, an energetic boundary, and a wayfinding tool for artful human connection.
This edition is deeper, slower, more embodied, and more mature than anything we’ve offered before.
