Beginning with the Wave—feet on the earth, a blend of moving meditation, somatic dance, and ecstatic movement to ground, release emotional and energetic debris, connect to flow state with your subtle bodies and immerse in a joyful, high-vibration open embodied energy.
Next, stir in a sacred cacao ceremony to open our heart chakras, connection and revelation through storytelling and reflection, while inspiring intention.
We conclude with Transformational Breathwork, a deep, conscious connected breathing practice to reconnect with your innate wisdom, often buried beneath the chaos of modern life while being energetically held with reiki and Shamanic practises.
Then coming back into our human with some nourishing snacks and opportunity for journaling.
When we move with joy, the body opens its doors to self-healing and boundless energy.
