Donation Happy Hour Class

We are thrilled to announce we will be having a permanent donation class on the schedule starting in September! Class will be THURSDAYS AT 6pm, so to kick it off in style the first TH in September is the 4th so we’ll make class 45mins and have a quick happy hour following.

100% of proceeds will go to 9United a wonderful local organization.

We are asking for a minimum of $5 for these classes and monthly members may join for gratis at their leisure.

Class will be warm all-levels flow.

Keep an eye on the schedule as the first Thursday of the month we will hold special classes and workshops that will NOT be donation based

October 2nd will be a Myofascial Class at 6pm
