Dark Room Disco - After Work Session

Dark Room Disco is guided not by instruction, but by music.

The session is led by a DJ playing a carefully paced, funky and soulful set — drawing from disco, deep house, classic grooves, slow burners, and emotionally rich dance music.

The lights stay low so you’re free to move without self-consciousness. The music does the leading.

Dark Room Disco is a guided but unstructured dance experience held in low light, creating a sense of anonymity and freedom.

This is not a nightclub. This is not a fitness class. There is no choreography, no instruction, and no pressure to “do” anything.

You’re invited to move in whatever way feels natural — or to simply stand, sway, or rest. The room stays dark so that attention turns inward rather than outward.
