Creating Psychological Safety at Work - Virtual Learning Bite

Todays workplace is complex and challenging. Creating psycholgoical safety can assist with performance and productivity which makes for a better workplace culture. Organisations are being asked to:

• Identify current and potential psychosocial hazards within the workplace
• Review current measures in place to minimise risks to health and safety from psychosocial hazards
• Prepare for an increased need for processes and support system.
• It is time2examine what Psychological Safety is and how leaders can set the scene and create an environment of comfort, safety, support and performance.

• Explain psychological safety and its impact to their teams.
• Implement models to address and improve psychological safety
• Identify psychological safety hazards
• Adapt leadership approach to maximize motivation and performance
