Community consultation! Changing our Rules!

The CAV committee wants to hear from members about some important changes to the CAV Rules. This is a follow up to the discussion held at our annual general meeting in November 2025.

We heard that people want to create a larger CAV committee to support diversity and inclusion in leadership, and, to make that happen, we need our member’s input on some changes that need to be made to our Rules.

There are also some other changes we want to make to ensure that the Rules reflect how we prefer to work as a community. These include changes to create more flexibility in the Rules, and introduce stronger governance processes. More detail will be provided at the meeting.

Come join the committee to hear about the changes and provide your input! This is just an initial discussion to give people some insight into what we are thinking and an opportunity to contribute.
