Join us for a soul-nourishing weekly yoga experience with Shannon, a seasoned yoga instructor, physical therapist, and wellbeing coach. Together, we'll drop into breath-aligned presence with a slow flow healing Hatha practice designed to calm the nervous system and help you reconnect with your inner self.
