Lucia is an Italian scholar of political economy, Marxist theory, and labour movements who helps coordinate University and College Workers for Palestine in the UK.

Unions in Italy held another general strike for Palestine on 3 October following Israel’s capture of the Sumud Flotilla, with hundreds of thousands on the streets.

Dock workers shut port entrances and called to “block everything” to shut down arms shipments and trade with Israel.
