All About Dads

Are you a new dad? Join us in just over 3 weeks.

PRONIA invites new dads to join ‘All about dads’, a free 4-week program aimed at dads with children from 0-4 years. This interactive program offers a welcoming space to connect with other dads, share experiences and explore topics around fatherhood, relationships and parenting. Each session also includes 30 minutes of group personal training, led by an accredited personal trainer.

The program will be facilitated by our Counsellor, Theodore Davoutis at the Alpha Early Learning Centre in Richmond.

It will run every Wednesday for 4 weeks from 6.00pm – 7.30pm starting the 4th of March. Attend one session or all four.
