However, there will be plenty of cake! Runners must not be accompanied by dogs or followed by others on cycles, motorcycles or cars. Running buggies are not allowed on the course.Headphones or similar devices are not permitted by UK Athletics rules, with the exception of bone conduction headphones.Make sure you are prepared for cold and wet weather conditions. Volunteer drivers provide transport using their own cars and the scheme also operates wheelchair-accessible minibuses and Multi-Purpose Vehicles. VOLUNTEERWe are always looking for help during the race.
