Aubrey has been privileged to work with sound and energy healing and has witnessed firsthand the profound effects sound and music can have on healing- physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Her sessions incorporate crystal sound bowls, chimes, music, and a variety of instruments, along with carefully selected crystals to enhance and personalize each healing experience.

She also incorporates Solfeggio tuning forks, using frequencies to support energetic alignment, reduce stress, and activate the body's natural healing abilities through vibrational sound therapy.
