It’s official. Our fall yoga schedule is out! 🧘🏻‍♀️🍂

We welcome back @alipotts.yoga_life on Thursdays to Psynergy Centre where she will lead three trauma attuned yoga classes.

Alison brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and calmness to her sessions and we are thrilled she is back offering movement in our beautiful space.
