Have you been curious about joining a women’s sacred transformational group? It’s a safe container to be held right where you are at. This container supports you in whatever way you need support. It could be for your nervous system, health, relationships, your work/career, perimenopause, loss of loved one, new to motherhood, spiritual path, confidence, empowerment, freedom & joy in your body & heart, etc.
I’m offering a semi-private sacred women’s transformational embodiment group in a beautiful indoor space in East Medford, followed by an integration pool float for journaling, rest, and deepening your experience.

This sacred women’s container is designed to assist you in alchemizing, remembering, and creating coherence within your nervous system, body, heart, mind, soul, and meditation—while stepping into your sacred voice, health, gifts, power, joy, divine beauty, and radiance, fully supported by the Light of the Divine.
✨ If you feel called to continue, I’ll be offering 2 7-week women’s transformational embodiment groups starting the week of Sept 15th.
5 women in each group. Meeting one evening per week for 2.5 hours.
I am Certified and Trained as a Whole Life Coach, Ceremonialist, Sacred Sounds, Breathwork, Tuning the Biofield, Energetic Feminine Flow Dance, College Music Major
