Winter Birding

Join us for this fun beginner birding program for children and adults alike. This weekend, February 13-15, 2026, is the Great Backyard Bird Count. Why not celebrate by starting a new hobby or learning more about bird ID? We'll go over basic ID tips, test out our skills at Cedar Run's bird feeders and on the trail, and give a tutorial on how to record your data via the E-Bird website. 8:00-9:30am.

Suitable for ages 8 and up. $15/adult, $10/child. Pricing includes Refuge admission. Members save 10%! Advanced registration required.
