Spring Judging & Fair Declarations

It’s time to make it official! Spring Judging is happening on March 15th, and this is the designated day for all members to submit their Fair Declarations.

If you are planning to participate in the upcoming fair, please ensure you follow these steps:

Complete the Form: Download and fill out the declaration form on the discussion page or get it from your leader.

Get Signed: Ensure all required signatures (member/parent/leader) are on the paper.

Turn It In: Bring your completed form to the judging event on Sunday, if you are participating in judging or not this form has to be turned in for you to go to fair.

Can't make it on the 15th?
This is important, but we understand conflicts happen. If you cannot attend, you must contact us before Sunday, March 15th, to arrange an alternate plan for your declaration.
