On Tuesday, January 20th, from 6:30–8:30 PM, I’ll be guiding a live Soul Poetry Method class at The Center for Life in Medford, New Jersey.
If you’ve been holding grief, craving clarity, or simply needing encouragement — this is a space for you.
The Soul Poetry Method is a sacred, repeatable practice that meets you right where you are.
Sometimes it brings release.
Sometimes it brings clarity.
And sometimes, it brings the exact message of hope or encouragement your soul is waiting to hear.
It’s not about writing.
It’s about listening.
It’s about honoring what rises and learning how to hold space for yourself — and others — with compassion and courage.
In this circle, we’ll reflect, create, and — if you feel called — share what came through.
Because healing isn’t just personal. It happens in community.
