RF Couples Class

This class is a great and quick way to get your heart rate up and have a good time full of energy with community and fellowship!
This is a special class created with movement and stretch’s that takes 2! Bring your better half or a best friend to this fun new class!

Childcare: TBD

EQUIPMENT (all available if needed):
- Water bottle
- Yoga mat
- Mexican blanket
- Yoga blocks
