Join us for a deeply grounding evening under the New Moon in Capricorn, a powerful time to release old structures and set intentional foundations for what you are ready to build next.
This immersive experience will include a live sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, handpan, chimes, and flute, gently guiding the nervous system into deep rest. An intuitive Nidra will be layered with quantum energy and sound healing to help lift density from the auric field while the body softens, restores, and receives.
A release altar will be present, inviting you to place a small item or handwritten note symbolizing what you are ready to let go of during this new moon. Notebooks will be provided for journaling and capturing any insights, visions, or messages that arise during the journey.
Fuzzy blankets and yoga mats will be provided for your comfort but feel free to bring anything else that helps you feel cozy, grounded, and supported.
Come as you are. Rest deeply. Set intentions aligned with Capricorn’s wisdom of commitment, clarity, and long-term growth.
