*NEW 3-Day Richard McKinley Workshop* Creative Underpainting for Pastel

Both watercolor and oil paint will be utilized in a wet manner to create an exciting underpainting for pastel application. Embracing the accidental, with some intent applied, will produce a serendipitous interaction with pastel.
