Swimming should feel as easy as progressing your float forward. In this 4-week series you’ll learn to feel your body in the water—letting go of effort and finding ease through awareness and timing. With guided coaching, you’ll begin to notice the subtle tension that holds you back and discover how to connect each movement so the water starts working with you, not against you.
