Dive deeply into the Beauty and Being that you are. Rest inward — meeting Mystery — guided by the ancient living sounds of gongs,Himalayan singing bowls, flutes, rattles, drums, and more. Breathe, relax, release and let go... Sink into an expansive state that nurtures rest, rejuvenation, inspiration, and insight.
We offer a safe and sacred space to honor all of life and it’s many expressions — grief, growth, releasing, receiving, and healing.
The evening concludes with a sharing circle, tea,
and nourishing snacks. All are welcome.
