Aspirus Offers Free “Preparing for Pregnancy” Program

Preparing for Pregnancy is a free educational program designed to help you take healthy steps before starting your parenting journey. Led by women’s health expert Elizabeth Edinger, WHNP-BC, CLC, the session will cover topics like understanding fertility, building healthy habits, choosing the right vitamins, managing stress, and connecting with local prenatal resources. You’ll leave with practical tools, confidence, and support to plan for a strong start to pregnancy and parenthood.
