On the verge of Samhain and the final harvest of the year, join Kimberly Jaeger-Arjes and Fannie for a nourishing micro-retreat in Eastern Iowa. Welcoming the darker days of the year, we will center rest, connection, gratitude and grief. Expect mindful movement, meditation, a grief ritual, delicious food, time in nature and sacred community.
Catering by Mariah Andrews of Mt. Vernon - plant based and GF meals
Single and Double Rooms available, all rooms have shared baths. Price includes all of meals, lodging, and content.
