Weekly Mommy & Me Bootcamp Express 10/8

Join us every Wednesday for Mommy & Me Bootcamp 10:30-11am with Whitney

Mommy and Me classes allows moms to bring their child to exercise and make new friends. We will focus on low-impact exercises utilizing your body weight (or light dumbbells) followed by a few minutes of playtime for the moms and kids to socialize with each other.

Children are encouraged to participate in the workout with their mom, but fine for those not interested in playing, color, etc. on their own.

*This class is designed for a 30-minute workout*

Regular rates apply: First time FREE. Single Class $15, 5-pack $65 or 10-pack $110. Monthly Unlimited Members welcome!
