Join H2L Studio for a Tri Event... Cycle-Run-Stretch.
We'll start at the studio for 20 minutes of indoor Cycle or 20 minute bootamp (you choose which when you sign up), head out for a 1-mile run to Within You Farm where we'll enjoy a 30-minute Yoga Class.
Sign up for the event for free but please bring a cash, check or item donation for Operation Wildcat. A charity that collects donations to help local families in need on an ongoing basis in Mechanicsburg.
We'll send a list of items we're collecting (think backpacks, socks, school supplies, etc.) closer to the date.
The Cycle-Run-Yoga option is limited in space so book your bike before they fill. Bootcamp-Run-Yoga has more spots, but don't wait to sign up!
All levels are welcome, we'll allow runners to go at their own pace.. having yoga start 20 minutes after the cycle giving everyone ample time to get to the Lavender Fields for Yoga! Cycle, run and yoga will be lead by a different H2L Instructor so you'll never question what you should be doing.
We expect the event to run from 10am-11:30am. Water and a snack will be provided.
We will have a car parked at the studio to collect mats ahead of time if you wish for us to drive it over for you so you don't have to run holding it but a mat is suggested for the yoga portion.
We'll send more tips and tricks as the event gets closer.
