This introductory weightlifting class is for anyone new to lifting. You'll learn proper form, how to progress through the program and enjoy a new way to work out. Join Adele for this 4-week series, which meets on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:00 a.m. for four weeks.
The session starts on Monday, Sept. 8th at 8am and meet for the next 3 Mondays, and Wednesday Sept 10th and for the next 3 W.

The price is for the 4-weeks. If you miss a session, the cost stays the same - no refunds.
