This beginner Mat Pilates class focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing body awareness through low-impact, guided movements. Perfect for newcomers, it offers a supportive environment to learn foundational techniques at a comfortable pace. No prior experience needed and all fitness levels are welcome. Join Mallory on Sunday, Dec. 28th at 11:30am.

Please wear something comfortable and bring a water bottle. Mats are provided, or you may bring your own if you wish.
