Partner Yoga Workshop

Join us for a fun, light-hearted, and creative Partner Yoga workshop led by Lindsay Henry (E-RYT 200; RYT 500) and Kate Costanzo (RYT 500). You and your partner will explore supporting one another in various yoga postures to enhance the benefits of the asana. Experiment with balance and resistance in yoga postures while maintaining alignment with the assistance of your partner. Bring a friend, spouse, family member, co-worker, etc. to practice with you. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

After class, complimentary light snacks and beverages will be offered.

Pre-registration is required and both members of your partnership must register individually. Space is limited.

$25/person
$50/couple

No refunds, transfers, or extensions. Sign up using the ticket link or directly on the MINDBODY app. Each participant will need to have their own MINDBODY account for liability purposes and sign up separately. Please make sure you and your partner sign up at the same time to ensure that both your spots are reserved.
