Flow & Sew Workshop

Join Kate (RYT 500) for a 40‑minute all‑levels yoga flow followed by a calming mindfulness activity: sewing!

Just like yoga invites you to slow down, breathe, and be present in your body, sewing offers a similar meditative rhythm—one stitch at a time. Together, these practices create a grounded, creative way to reconnect with yourself. Your admission includes the class, an official Yoga Spot Meadville patch (as seen the photo above), and the thread and needle you’ll need to sew your patch.

Please bring an item you’d like to stitch your patch onto—think tote bag, yoga bag, jean jacket, or anything that could use a personal touch.

Investment is $30/person. Pre-registration is required.
