We are so excited to announce that Somatic/Ecstatic Dance is BACK!!! ���

Don’t know what Somatic/Ecstatic Dance is? It’s all about tuning into the body’s intuitive movement and allowing the body to move and flow how it wants to move. Often this can help to release stagnant energy, blocks and bring you into a state of euphoria �.

All classes are guided and made accessible for anyone.

I can’t wait to share this beautiful dance with you! Will you join us???

First class starts on October 21, 2025 at 6:30pm and will be biweekly.
