Tibetan Movement Yoga

Join us for this special and powerful practice taught by Khenpo Karma Tenkyong.
This unique form of yoga is designed to be accessible and beneficial for people of all ages and skill levels—whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your practice.
As we aim to create a supportive and nurturing environment, space is limited to ensure enough space for each participant. We encourage you to sign up early to secure your spot.
