ASC Field Trip (Expert-Led Trail Run Workout)

ASC Field Trips are expert-led workouts outside of Arlington, VA. Join us as we train at the most scenic outdoor locations in or near the Washington, D.C. area.

This workout will include a 3-mile expert-led trail run with stops along the trail for various body weight and core strengthening exercises.

Pricing and Discounts: Tickets are available for $40 per person. Or, to save over 50% per session with an ASC membership.

Other Details:

• Parking is available at the location. We will also have a carpool if you need a ride.
• You need to be able to run a mile in less than nine minutes in order to keep up with our group. Faster paces are welcome too.
• Wear athletic clothing and bring a water bottle.
• We are unable to accept walk-ins. Online registration closes before the session.
• This event will begin on time. You will NOT be allowed to join if you arrive late.
