A (Wine) Lovers Valentines Day Tasting

We’ll also be pouring a crisp, refreshing Sancerre and the head turning Borsao Garnacha. This is the perfect chance to try some classic flavors for the Hallmark day.

And with the wines this Valentines Day weekend, try Red Casanova, a washed rind cow’s milk cheese from the town of Wiggensbach in Baden, Germany. Adding a bucket or two of cream to the milk gives an extra dose of richness and the aging process adds a pungently funky smell that turns mellow and delightful as you nibble away.
