Nuno Felting Silk Scarf with Helen Moon

Nuno felted scarves use tissue chiffon with a fine layer of merino wool and other decorative fibers. They are felted in a way that helps the wool fibers to penetrate the silk, to create texture and added warmth.
Helen offers insightful advice and will guide you through every step of the way, while providing you the tools to create a truly unique and creative final product.
Over the years, Helen has explored many techniques of surface design, developing a sense for the language of colour and discovering endless possibilities in this medium. This workshop is perfect for both beginners and those who've tried silk painting before but want to upgrade their skills with a new technique.
