We’re finishing the Summer Food Preservation Series with one of the most important (and exciting!) skills: Pressure Canning Meats and Vegetables using an electric pressure canner!

In this hands-on session, you'll learn:
✅ Food-safe practices to prevent contamination
✅ How to safely pressure can low-acid foods
✅ Make Fruit Preserves to take home!
