Join Robert for The House of Light: A Journey Within, a guided meditation designed to introduce you to the meditation tools that already exist within you. Together, we will explore your own "House of Light," discovering inner resources and soul insights that support your personal journey. This experience includes both a guided individual journey and a powerful group exercise to deepen your connection and learning.

* A journal to write down your experiences
* Yoga Mat (if you want to lay on the floor. Chairs will be provided.)
